Versatile in functionality and design
The Ortisei fence is an excellent alternative to the classic fence solutions with cylindrical rails, combining first-rate performance with an elegant and attractive aesthetic.
Aesthetic variants
Ortisei consists of one or more horizontal boards and a cylindrical handrail of two types:
- Held down with steel clip on the saddle-machined post in the wooden version;
- Threaded into the posts with post top cap in the all-steel version.
The advantages of this solution
The Ortisei collection is designed to be a sturdy and versatile fence depending on its composition. In its all Corten® version, it offers excellent adaptability during installation, allowing to fit bends or slight changes in gradient without the need for further work or modifications to the various components.

The advantages of Corten® steel
Strength and durability
Corten® possesses high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance properties. It is a material that ‘self-protects’ by forming a surface patina that prevents corrosion from spreading and ensures ‘eternal’ durability.
Lower overall costs
Due to its greater mechanical strength, reduced thicknesses can be used, resulting in weight reduction. Corten® also reduces maintenance costs compared to wooden solutions.
Timeless beauty
The oxidative patina gives Corten® a warm and elegant brownish hue, allowing it to harmoniously blend into its surroundings, both in natural settings and in many architectural scenarios.
Environmental Sustainability
Corten® steel can be 100% recycled without losing any of its properties. It makes galvanizing and painting unnecessary, a fact that has a significant environmental impact.
Ortisei Collection – Success stories
Ortisei fence for arenovated farmhouse in Cornedo Vicentino (VI)
About 280 m of Corten® steel fence, Ortisei H3C model, was installed to enclose part of the property of a private farmhouse in Cornedo Vicentino (Vicenza), Italy.
The objective was to enclose part of a private area of a renovated farmhouse in Cornedo Vicentino, and also to protect some of the areas against the risk of falls deriving from the presence of fairly high walls.
The colours of Porto Recanati are enriched with the shades of Cor-Ten
An Ortisei H3C Corten® steel fence has been installed in a section of the promenade in the center of Porto Recanati to separate the cycleway and pedestrian walkway from a dangerous cliff edge. Land Surveyor Luca Mandolini, Technical project manager of the Marche municipality, tells us about it.
One hundred meters of Corten® fence, model Ortisei H3C, were recently installed on a section of waterfront in the center of Porto Recanati.
An Ortisei fence for the municipality of Gressoney-Saint-Jean: a choice that merges design with quality
The Ortisei H3C fence was installed on the outer side of a section of sidewalk located along a provincial road in the beautiful Gressoney in Valle d’Aosta, perfectly blending in with the beautiful surroundings.
As part of an intervention led by the Gressoney City Administration, the Ortisei H3C Corten® fence was chosen to protect and beautify a section of sidewalk on a provincial road in the town.
