Cortensafe is a highly modular system, suitable for all types of customisation – it can therefore respond with great versatility to both functional and environmental requirements
For example, for increased safety, the fence models can be equipped with an anti-fall panel grating, or with anti-fall panels in various materials, with horizontal wooden rails reinforced with Corten steel or even with guardrails. All requests will be considered and studied for application in line with your requirements
Wire panels
Railings in AISI 316 stainless steel wire mesh, strand or spiral. The mesh is available in various sizes in order to adapt the panel to all conformations or slopes of the landscape. These features make it a favourite of architects and engineers, especially since it is functional, elegant and long-lasting.
Narrow rails
For increased transparency and visibility we recommend our narrow rails, instead of the standard ones.
These create the ideal fences for protecting landscapes of cultural and scenic interest. Their modern design is extremely attractive and is an effective protection against the danger of falling from a height. The number of rails and their spacing can be decided depending on your requirements.
Solid anti-fall panels
Panels can be in stratified glass, such as HPL, or in Corten steel sheets. Panels can be customised with decorations, engravings or laser cuts. This technique can be used for conventional road signs, e.g. “Cycle track”.
Anti-fall grating panels
A metal grating can be added to all collections, for improved protection against falling from a height. This makes fences that are ideal for protecting cycle tracks that cross streams, or for enclosing kindergartens and schools.
Reinforced fences
For those who prefer the beauty and natural look of wood but require greater resistance to horizontal impact, for many collections we can reinforce the fences with Corten steel rails. The rails are finished with wooden profiles or boards. Ideal for car parks or campsites where basic protection against moving vehicles is required.
Protective guardrails
for private use
The railings can have guardrails, made of Corten steel. This is ideal for car parks or campsites where modest protection against moving vehicles is required. The product is not certified.
